Having trouble logging in to the new Online Catalog?

First, make sure the website you are trying to log in to is catalog.tadl.org.

If we gave you a sheet with a username and password on it, use that.

If you are at the library right now and don't feel confident in what your username and password are, ask us to reset it for you.

If you are not at the library right now, since we do not do password resets over the phone, we can reset your password and e-mail a temporary password to the e-mail address that we have on file for your account.

If you had an account on our old online catalog, you need to log in using your library barcode for your username (or driver's license if you use your driver's license to check out books) and your old password should work. Please note that the letter in your driver's license number must be lowercase.

If you never had an account in the old system, then your password should be your last name (all lowercase.)

In all of the above cases, after you log in, you must reset your password, and you have the option of choosing a unique username.

If all else fails, we can reset your password if we have your e-mail address on file. Please use this form to request a password reset.
